We offer an assortment of bag position conveyors, transfer conveyors, and lift assemblies to suit any application’s need.
Our most common are the Bag Closing Conveyors with 500, 600, 800, 900, and 900V Series conveyors. The 500 Series features a variable speed drive (VSD) motor, 12” wide rough top belt, and comes in 8’-10’ lengths. The 600 Series features a VSD motor, 6”-12” wide linked belting, comes in 10’-20’ lengths, and is typically used with bagging weights up to 25 lbs. The 800 Series features 12” stainless steel wire mesh belt, and comes in 10’-14’ lengths. The 900 Seriesfeatures a VSD motor, 12” belting, and comes in 8’-20’ lengths. The 900V Series features VSD motor, two 8” wide trough belts, and comes in 8’-20’ lengths.
Our Incline and Flattening Conveyors are 10’ to 14’ in length with the flattener having an opposed 5-1/2’ parallel linkage adjustable for bag thickness. The flattener/ incline conveyors are inclined at 15° and are generally used to transport filled bags to ergonomic palletizing height. We also manufacture a 14’ Incline/ Flattener with a horizontal noseover feature that is recommended for automatic palletizing and/or use with a print and apply label applicator.
The Gravity Roller Table allows a filled bag to come off of the incline/ flattener conveyor and roll to an operator to manually palletize bags.
The Bag Kicker Conveyor is used to move the product 90° from the bag closing conveyor. It can be paired with our 900 Series conveyors or as a stand alone with a 4’ to 6’ conveyor.
The Hydraulic Scissor Lift is used with conveyors 4’ to 8’ in length and has a vertical height adjustment of 24”. The Electric hydraulic Scissor lift is used with conveyors ranging 10’ to 16’ in length and has a vertical height adjustment of 48”. Both of the lifts are used to accommodate bagging operations with different size bag lengths.
The Bag Turner/ Knockdown Conveyor is 4’ to 6’ in length and has 24” smooth top belt, turn wheel, slide plate, and adjustable knockdown bar. This is generally used with an inline bagging operation.
The 24’ Portable Incline Conveyor is a mobile take away conveyor and is provided for truck loading. These portable units include 14” pneumatic tires, removable yoke systems for hauling, and a hydraulic system for raising and lowering the discharge height.
