JEM offers a wide array of palletizing options to best fit your space and budget requirements. Many of our customers have started with manual labor to palletize bags and realized this is a bottleneck or weakness to their entire packaging process. A robotic palletizing system offers the fastest return on investment for many companies. A typical installation will allow companies to move 2–3 operators per shift to elsewhere in the plant. Our systems are designed for 13–16 bags per minute with a single gripper or 20 bags per minute with a tandem gripper. We have three variations of pallet presentation depending on your floor space and forklift availability. The most common and expensive workers’ comp claims are caused by injuries to operators’ backs.

JEM supplies automated bag and box palletizing systems to match your stack requirements and fit within your available space. The systems come complete with sequencing, squaring and pick conveyors, high speed robot with bag or box gripper, PLC controls with operator HMI including recipe codes, safety and e-stop status screen with operator instructions and security logins.

Small footprint layouts available with our dual stack zone arrangement. We also offer automated pallet conveyors with pallet and slip sheet dispensers and inline fully automated stretch wrappers.

We leave all programs and recipe codes with the customer. We also include extra recipe codes so your team can touch up any new pallet stacks without requiring a service trip.
