JEM builds and integrates automatic bagging lines that fill, close, and discharge with one operator — or none at the bagging station at all.
JEM AutoBagger. Our own line of fully automatic baggers, covering everything from single-station units to fully robotic systems. A FANUC robot selects bags from the magazine, a swing arm opens and hangs each one, and servo-driven transfer arms carry the filled bag to closing.
No two lines are the same, so no two AutoBaggers are. Model, bag size range, feeder type, closing method, spout configuration, and controls are all specified around your product and your floor. Open-mouth bags in paper, PE, BOPP, woven and laminated polypropylene, and Mylar — pillow, pouch, or gusseted.
Integrated systems. We also partner with Imeco, Johnson and Sons, and Fischbein to supply individual cut bag hangers for virtually any open-mouth bag material, including kraft paper, multiwall, woven and laminated polypropylene, polyethylene, BOPP, and Mylar. Options range from simple swing arm units that pace the line to fully automatic systems maintaining bag top control through sewing or sealing. Pillow and side-gusseted configurations both available.
Every system is built around a JEM net weigh scale, so weight accuracy holds regardless of how fast the line runs.

The JEM AB-22 Auto Bagger Series is designed for maximum flexibility for your small and large bag packaging applications. The fully automatic bag hanger for open mouth bags is driven by precise servo motors and Ethernet IP controls.
Safety features are abundant throughout the system with bag closing conveyors, heat sealers or sewing pedestals available for bag closing.

This Robotic line bag fills, conveys, then seals the bag. Onto a Bag kicker that positions the bag for conveying to a robotic palletizer that lifts, positions and stacks onto pallets.
