JEM manufactures a mobile bagging unit specially designed for port use and ship unloading. A dual line system will produce 120 MTPH of dry free flowing products into a 50 kg bag. The single line system will produce 70 MTPH. We offer various feeders and metal construction based on your application.

The systems include scales, bag closing equipment and bag transfer conveyors so you can unload a vessel with a ship’s grab and palletize directly into an open top truck. These units can be set up and broken down to be loaded on a flatbed trailer in less than 40 minutes.

Please inquire about additional options for mounting equipment into standard 20 foot or 40foot containers for portability. We have also assisted with mounting equipment directly onto flatbed or goose neck trailer for a portable line designed to assist in disaster relief or drilling field applications.
