JEM manufactures a complete line of bag closing, bag positioning and bag transfer conveyors to meet almost any application.
All conveyors are made of 6” formed steel and include an adjustable back rail, take up bearings, 3 ply belt and complete controls package including an inverter duty gearmotor and variable speed drive.
For smaller bag weights we make a 6” tabletop conveyor with adjustable front and back guide rails for bag support and complete controls package with inverter duty gearmotor and variable speed drive.
The BC series conveyor is a bag closing conveyor for 15,110 lb. bag weights. These are manufactured in 2ft increments with a range of 8ft through 24ft conveyor with a 12” belt width.

After the bag is closed, it will transfer to a KD5 knockdown turning conveyor for a straightline layout.
The KD5 Knockdown Bag Turning Conveyor will receive bags standing up, knock the bags down and turn the bags so that they are laying on either the front or back side and exit the conveyor bottom first. This conveyor is used for feeding flattening conveyors, miscellaneous printing systems or whenever the position of the bag is critical prior to palletizing.

We manufacture bag incline and bag flattening conveyors that even the product within the bag for optimal pallet stacks. Manual palletizing stations will include a GRT, gravity roller conveyor so the operator is not pulling bags from a live motorized conveyor.
24ft portable incline conveyors are designed for international applications where you need the capability to stack bags on a pallet or stack directly into an open top truck.
The JEM International BF-10 is a 10’ long, incline, dual belt, bag flattening conveyor. The BF-10 is designed to flatten bags to be palletized. Bags that have been flattened tend to make pallets squarer, hold together better, and have less freight damage than pallets with un‐flattened bags.
The BF-10 has a 10’ x 24” flat belt bottom conveyor with an opposing 5½ x 24” flat belt upper conveyor. It has dual, fixed speed, drive motors with 12” inlet height & 42” inch discharge height. The upper conveyor has flexible spring loaded suspension that maintains pressure on the bag as it passes between.

The JEM International 4-Bagger Conveyor is a bag closing conveyor designed for one operator to bag fill, close and stack at a rate of 4 bags per minute. The 8-foot bag closing conveyor includes a 12-inch-wide belt, 1HP AC motor with variable speed, back rail, two-position foot pedal and wand switch for single operator controls. The 4-Bagger includes an adjustable height portable pedestal for use with a Newlong, Fischbein, or Union Special portable sewing head or an AIE Impulse heat sealer.
