Designed and built for high speed, simple to use applications such as 50-100lb bags of deer corn, grains and ingredients, rice, in shell and shelled peanuts, grass seed, pellets and many other products.
Based off Jim Mattson’s original JM600 Prox scale introduced to international markets in 1985.
8-10 bags per minute auto fill and heavy clamp 200lb hold air operated center grip bag spout.
Typically needs 3-4 operators filling, sewing and stacking the bags.

STANDARD FEATURES:

The GWD Roadrunner provides an economical approach to filling bags from 10 lbs. To 110 lbs.

Typical production speeds are 8-9 bags per minute at 2 to 4 ounce (50-100 gram) accuracy. Comes standard with two 220 lb. Single point compression load cells, pneumatic gravity gate, air operated center grip spout with foot pedal clamp activation, complete electrical and pneumatic controls package with transformer for 24V (low voltage) controls.

IT1-Panel Mount digital scale controller is NTEP-Approved and includes auto-start and bag release timer.
Adjustable product flow meter for various bag weights and/or product bulk densities.

Stainless steel contact surfaces or all stainless-steel construction.
Dust Tight Spout with dust port connections.
